Making a great coffee starts with the physical act of the grind, and the S3 is about making that process feel both substantial and effortless. It’s a tool that sits quietly on your counter but completely changes the clarity and sweetness of what ends up in your cup.

We’ve used a specific geometry here to ensure the beans are cut cleanly rather than crushed, which is the real secret to a bright, sediment-free brew. It’s the difference between a muddy cup and one where you can actually taste the individual notes of the roast.

Instead of guessing between "fine" and "medium," this dial gives you total control over the exactness of the grind. Each click represents a tiny 0.015mm shift, allowing you to move from a tight espresso to a coarse French press with absolute confidence.

The entire chassis is machined from a single piece of metal to keep the internals perfectly aligned while you work. We’ve paired that with custom bearings that virtually eliminate wobble, so the burrs stay centered no matter how fast you’re spinning the handle.

It’s a small detail, but being able to flick the handle down makes the whole unit much more stable on your counter and easy to toss into a travel bag. It has a nice, weighted swing that feels natural in the hand, but it stays out of the way the moment you’re finished.
