Return & Refund Policy

At Timemore, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled free of charge before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still be eligible to return the item after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition;

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components;

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration;

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if there are any issues.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance items;

  • Warehouse sale items;

  • Closeout or discontinued products;

  • Products marked as Final Sale;

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.

Product Appearance Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in lighting, photography, monitor settings, and device displays, actual product colors may vary slightly from those shown on our website. Such variations are not considered defects.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team:

Please provide:

  • Your order number;

  • The item(s) you wish to return;

  • The reason for the return;

  • Photos of the product if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping;

  • Defective upon arrival;

  • Incorrectly shipped by us;

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you. In such cases, Timemore will cover any applicable shipping costs.

Customer-Initiated Returns

If the return is requested due to:

  • Change of mind;

  • Ordering the wrong item;

  • No longer wanting the product;

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method;

  • Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after approval;

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at hello@timemore.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

To request a replacement, please contact hello@timemore.com with your order number and supporting photos.

Please do not return products without contacting us first for return authorization.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that do not include tracking information.
